i love androgyny

It’s all about the details: Note the chain jewelry on the skinny tie.

The definition of “Angel” is on the bottoms of my L.A.M.B. sneakers.

H&M corduroy blazer, skinny tie (from Tokyo), Slow and Steady Wins the Race shirt w/ cutout sleeves,
Bijules ring, vintage purse, Bebe black jeans w/ gold flecks, L.A.M.B. sneakers.

While I am fashion-obsessed and inspired by different styles, I don’t consider myself a girly-girl. I was quite the tomboy growing up, so it’s only natural I like to play with androgynous looks.

In order to mix some femininity back into the equation, I like to add intricate details, whether it be the cut of the clothing, accents of color, or accessories. In this outfit, I achieve that by choosing a cut-out shirt, which exposes the shoulders, selecting a tie with jewelry detailing, and adding a bright red purse. With the blazer on, I look like a schoolboy, but once I take the jacket off, the bad girl comes out to party!

You look GREAT. I absolutely love that shirt/blouse with the cut-off shoulders. And actually, this androgynous dressing really brings out the femininity of your face and that juxtaposition is so beautiful! Sometimes I wish I felt comfortable wearing androgynous clothes but apparently I’m an all around girly girl, sigh.
